Trees

Since childhood, I have always loved trees. Like us, each one is unique and amazing, whether delicate or strong, small or majestic. Sitting under a tree can be healing and bring great peace of mind. Trees were always a favourite choice of drawing or painting for me, but seeing old ‘bonsai’ trees in China in 1994 inspired me to paint them even more. It was something I felt absolutely compelled to do.
